Human rights - a guarantee of human development

The right is a requirement that we are fairly declaring. Everyone has the right to exercise his rights without any distinction as to race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. The British philosopher John Stuart Mill said: "If we call something human right, we mean that it reasonably claims its protection from the public in its ability to possess this right, the force of law, or through education and the formation of public opinion."

On the occasion of the International Day of Human Rights in the library reading room №1 held an educational event - an hour of questions and answers «Our rights, our freedoms - always!», Which visited Head interaction with local actors Umansky center of free Kateryna Grigorenko, Secondary Legal Aid.
